چکیده
In this study, modified residual lignins from barley and wheat straws submitted to solid-state fermentation with diverse Streptomyces strains were targeted as binders in eco-friendly castor oil-based polyurethane adhesive formulations. The thermo-rheological adhesion properties of these adhesives examined related the yields. Viscoelastic enhanced by lignin addition, action generally increased values linear viscoelastic functions. Adhesion performance was dominated source further activity can be correlated resulting lignocellulosic composition. Wheat straw lignin-based showed best metal-textile peeling tests, whereas provided achievements terms shear strength metal-metal wood-wood joints. Overall, demonstrated a suitable pretreatment conveniently modify improve fractions for application environmental-friendly

Production of Bacterial - Xylanolytic Enzyme using Agricultural Waste by Solid State Fermentation
Xylanases (E.C.3.2.1.8) are key enzymes, which play an important role in the breakdown of xylan. Wheat bran and corn cob are a rich source of xylan (28%) and xylose (23%). Therefore these are attractive substrates for production of xylanase & ßxylosidase enzyme. Xylan, a major component of hemicelluloses, is a heterogeneous polysaccharides consisting of ß-1, 4 linked to D-xylosyl residues on th...
متن کاملSolid state fermentation of agricultural wastes for endoglucanase production
The lignocellulosic biomass (especially agricultural wastes) is known to be an excellent carbon source for microbial enzyme production. In this paper, the cellulase production from lignocellulosic materials under solid state fermentation (SSF) was investigated. The effects of fermentation conditions, such as moisture content, initial pH, temperature, and composition of mixed substrate (wheat st...
متن کاملProduction of L-asparaginase, an anticancer agent, from Aspergillus niger using agricultural waste in solid state fermentation.
This article reports the production of high levels of L-asparaginase from a new isolate of Aspergillus niger in solid state fermentation (SSF) using agro-wastes from three leguminous crops (bran of Cajanus cajan, Phaseolus mungo, and Glycine max). When used as the sole source for growth in SSF, bran of G. max showed maximum enzyme production followed by that of P. mungo and C. cajan. A 96-h fer...
